This Jessica Hische stamp book was a really fun one to make.  I was assigned to create a stamp book for one of my favorite designers.  I had just recently learned of Jessica Hische at the time, so this opened up my love for her art.  Her art truly inspires a lot of the work that I hope to do.  

When I first started sketching these stamps, I knew I wanted to have a stamp of her, some of her art and one of her name.  I was originally nervous that all of the sketches of her name were too "plain."  As I was working through the assignment, I realized that I love how the "plain" name stamp looked in this collection.  I truly feel like this stamp completely brings the whole book together.
